Complete Online Enrollment
We use Brightwheel — a secure, easy-to-use childcare platform — to manage all enrollment paperwork online. No printing, no faxing.
Submit Required Documents
Upload your child's immunization records, birth certificate, and any medical or dietary information directly through the Brightwheel app.
Confirm & Get Started
Once your enrollment is confirmed, pay the one-time registration fee through Brightwheel and receive your welcome packet. Your child is all set!

Enrollment Document Checklist
- Child's birth certificate (copy)
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Emergency contact information
- Pediatrician name and contact
- Any known allergies or medical conditions
- Child Care Scholarship (CCS) voucher, if applicable
- Signed tuition agreement (via Brightwheel)
